      Pros

      It's a great environment at the stores, with good opportunities to climb the ladders in-store. Floor-workers could apply and be considered for full-time positions such as assistant store manager or even store manager.

      Cons

      Downside is the contracts, some are employed as temporary assistants, which basically means they have a 0% contract, so you are not guaranteed more than 1-2 days a week
