      Nice office, friendly staff. Nice brand name to have on your CV. Marktleader in the media market..unfortunally this market is declining

      Management is playing political games to keep themselves in the powerseat, company making losses every year..which lead to multiple big firing waves..responsible management covering each other up and stays in position

      One work from home day/week

      Management. They talk about wanting to be an industry leader with quality and innovative products yet are hesitant to launch many simple innovations. There are many people there that have worked there for more than 2 -3 decades. This could be a good thing or bad thing, you decide.

      great benefits, competitive pay, clean office

      Cons

      No training program, lack of communication. I did not feel as if my boss was interested in giving me an assignment or making me feel as part of the team. My role seemed very undefined.
