      A dead-end coding job with no vision and no respect

      Pros

      Writing software was the only part I actually enjoyed.

      Cons

      I was stuck coding for projects that had no direction, constantly rewritten, and abandoned halfway through. Deadlines made no sense, priorities changed daily, and any feedback was ignored. Instead of building something meaningful, I was just patching together quick fixes for people who didn't understand the work. It drained my motivation and left me feeling like my skills were wasted.
