Great bunch of Engineers, with a great culture of the ground.

Cons

Huge Engineering team hired in a short period of time despite a plan being developed in the background to make them redundant. Plans poorly communicated and senior management ignorant and rude. Hired on the grounds of a competitive flexibility and benefits package, then when hiring complete benefits slowly withdrawn.

Good benefits... while they lasted, decent pay

Dont care about staff, drop massive business decisions in a last minute meetings, changing entire company direction forcing the entire team to adhere to working conditions which are only suitable for 1st line. forcing 5 day return to office with no evidence it is better, inconsiderate towards employees who travel from further away, effectively forcing them out of jobs message from the company: if you dont agree, youll be terminated
