Confusing leadership at times. Micromanagement. Expected to come in early, skip lunch and stay late. Family is not important and if you have one you won’t see them or be able to spend time with them. Working here means you only have one family and that’s VIKA. The only question is: will this give the owners a bigger return on their investment? Your efforts are not appreciated. Overtime was allowed in the beginning. About halfway through my employment that changed. I was frequently given more work and expected to meet impossible, constantly changing deadlines. Get the work done and then at the end of the week argue about the overtime I had to work to get everything done. Several times during my employment I was yelled at in the middle of the day in front of all my Coworkers over minute details that were, in the end, not even my fault. There were never any apologies for upper managements behavior. Don’t even get me started on nepotism. Employees related to the owners get away with murder and then some. These inexcusable actions and words are never apologized for nor ceased during my employment. The behavior was never corrected during my employment. I highly doubt it has been corrected since. Pre pandemic drinking in the office was not only allowed but encouraged. If you are not rich you will not fit in. If you do not value profit and the almighty dollar above everything else: you will not fit in. Your only value is how useful you are and what you have done for people THAT day. Never mind what you accomplish during your employment. Never mind how much heaven and earth is moved. How much is sacrificed personally and how little you are thanked. If I could go back to my first day I would quit on the spot.
