I felt like Viogee was very deceitful and used the bait and switch tactic to sell their selves to potential employers. They twist their wording around in interviews to make their company sound ten times better than what it actually is. What you see when you walk through that door is a fancy office with everyone dressed in casual business attire, but the reality is that it's not even their office and everyone changes into their Verizon shirts and tennis shoes as soon as they leave. What you're seeing is just a show and it's all fake.
Another thing I didn't like was that this company had favorites. They fired a guy for being "too aggressive" out in the field, but yet their top sales rep is way too aggressive and even harasses customers out in the field. I felt very belittled and unappreciated for my hard work because they were always being buddies and praising the favorites. I worked just as hard, maybe even harder than every body else and it didn't pay off at all. I stood in Walmart for hours with sore feet, talking to as many people as I could, but never got rewarded with anything.
The payment is absolutely terrible. With their twist of words in the interview, I thought I was going to be making an hourly pay AND a commission pay. Not one or the other. I'm sorry, but you need a reality check if you think someone can live off of $500 a week, especially your employees with children. $100 of that pretty much goes into the gas that you don't compensate for your employees that bring money for your business.
You will also never have a social life. The only day you get off is a Wednesday and they still plan little events on your one day off. And if you can't make it to team night one night your job is basically threatened saying "you don't want to network and build relationships with the team." They take it really personal for some reason and get up all in your business asking why you can't make it. I have missed so many events with my family because of this job.
I thought this would be my first real, professional job since graduating college but nothing about this business was professional. Almost 99% of their employees are young and immature and would talk about people hooking up within the office. It's also unprofessional to advertise an HR Assistant position when it clearly isn't. Bait and switch tactics are illegal so I don't know how your business is still running after posting false positions on career builder.
