Cons
1: Office timing 10 am to 12:30 AM, And most of the time you have to work from 10 Am to next 10 Am. 2: 7 days working. ( You can not plan anything for sunday, you will be informed at 12 oclock of saturday night that sunday you have to come. 3: Office boy is more skilled than some of manager(s). 4: Employees have no respect, they are just servent. 5: If you are dominating people over you can have a chance to get the tag of manager there. 6: Your boss can become sick but you can't, even you can be fired to become sock. 7: If you are going there for interview of developer and you did not perform well, wait than, i mean you are qualified for the candidature of Project Manager. 8: Complete office environment is not better than hell. 9: Cameras are there in every corner of the office and you are monitored by watchman so be very careful. 10: Everyday is a project delivery. 11: The good you will do no one will appreciate, and you will be killed for even a minor mistake. 12: If you can complete a task in one hour, management thinks it can be done in 6 min if they engage 10 resourses. 13: No job security.
