Pros
Flexibility, travel pay for distant shoots, access to owner, feedback on company processes is always appreciated, great hourly rate
Cons
Not many cons. The only thing I can think of is that since they are always striving to streamline and automate as many processes as possible, there are sometimes glitches or small aspects of workflow hiccups that can occur until they get it smoothed out.

Pros
The atmosphere overall ( It's always filled with positivity and positive reinforcement). The amazing people i get to work with everyday who help better me in my personal life and work life on a daily basis. The opportunities to move up in the company are pretty endless! It feels more like a family rather than just some job you're doing for someone. Monthly team meetings with everyone included in them.
Cons
Not as many benefit options as i would hope for right now.
