There are no pros for this company.

Cons

Hopeless Management, horrible work-life balance, useless infrastructure, no training given to new employees, even to a fresher. False promises are made time and again to the employees (Please be aware of this especially new employees). Junior employees, freshers, interns are given no help at all from the senior employees and if they find you smart and intelligent enough to handle situations, they are shameless enough to delegate all the workload to you.

There are none actually, except exposure to good development technologies.

Cons

Hopeless management, Sad infrastructure, Zero job satisfaction, Extremely unprofessional at work and absolutely No work - life balance at all. The company has a sort of love for interns rather than having quality and experienced people (which are very few at the company).
