Decent lease car program if you like VW brand vehicles
Cons
Below average salary for similar jobs, extremely poor parking situation (expect a 15-25 min walk to your desk if you arrive anytime after 6:30 am), too much focus on cutting costs - There's a limit on what you can achieve by spending less. Most new jobs are contract positions, which don't include benefits, pay less than a full-time VW position, and lead to a much higher turnover rate. General lack of accountability everywhere and most people have no motivation to do anything more than the bare minimum even if they know other people will suffer due to their negligence. I strongly believe that you could sit behind your desk and do absolutely nothing all day with little to no consequences in most positions. There are a handful of people who do that currently and many other people have created useless tasks in their role to appear busy without adding any value to the product, company, or culture. There are a lot of talented people here who have many years of experience but are unmotivated, underutilized, and/or discouraged.
