      Pros

      Average benefits - ironically you still have to pay a fortune for private healthcare if you want it.

      Cons

      Middle managers have been there forever and are in a unique sort of clique which is strange. It takes a lot to move up the ladder if you're not a friend or relative of a manager. It's a fairly toxic environment and if they take a dislike to you, they will manage you out.

      Pros

      A great place to work where both customers and staff are valued. WPA invests in its people, and there is a really strong sense of camaraderie within teams across the company.

      Nothing of significance that I can think of.
