Pros
there are no good things about this company, they offer the worst benefits I have ever had and there is workplace harassment constantly

The work place harassment needs to be addressed. They did not give an HR contact when starting at the company. It never felt like a safe work environment. There was constant harassment based on religious beliefs, gender, race, moral beliefs, etc. On top of that the PTO is very low, any time you want to take some time off it was some big issue. The overtime expected is beyond ridiculous, there is no work life balance because you are constantly asked if you can work weekends. Pay is low. Management really needs to take a look at how many people have left the company (Orlando office) in the past year alone and re evaluate some of the higher-ups.
