Company is ok with not operating within the legal DOT limits it is governed under. No field support at all. Very unprofessional.

Location, Free Parking, Near by Places to Eat and Beautiful lake to walk around if you want exercise.

Cons

Owner does not value employees, Unable to make any change for the better, No buy in from Management, 100% Micro-Managed. Large Turn-Over, Lack of processes in place which makes everything difficult.
