* You'll work with some genuinely lovely people * The new-ish VP of People is working hard to build amazing culture * The size of the network means Wefarm has the potential to really make a difference (and if you work there, so do you). I can't emphasise how great this can feel! * Amazingly talented colleagues from whom you can learn a lot (as well as l&d budget and coaching) * You definitely have scope to pick up new things out side of your role (and broaden your skill set). Unlike a lot of start ups, it never felt like you *had* to do this.
