Great place to work. You’ll be paid competitively and have the opportunity to make a real impact in education.
Cons
Smaller company employee-wise so you may need to wear multiple hats at times which may not be for everyone.

Pros
There is a lot to love about WhyTry. A great atmosphere with people dedicated to helping educators and students with a really solid product. The schedule is pretty flexible and the option to work from home was a huge plus for me.
Cons
It can be hard to bring about lasting change that inspire a better overall culture due to some of the company dynamics and the way it is structured. However, I did sense that this was changing as I was leaving. The CEO is always willing to have honest conversations and listen to suggestions.
