Pros

Paycheck paid on time bi-weekly.

Cons

Grandfathered in Management that is not trained for new restaurant technology. Unable to offer training for new computer programs launched in peek season of business. Managers must train themselves while running the store and are still held accountable for shortcoming caused lack of company training. Most promotions come from Corporate employees who never work inside the restaurants they own or manage. If you are able to employ the most attractive person, regardless of work ethic, while explaining to your customers why basic service requirements aren't being met, you will do great! Unpaid bonuses. No raises. No formal explanation in writing of unpaid bonuses from corporate employees. Bonus structure changed multiple times preventing the pay of bonus regardless if previous bonus structure goals were accomplished. Accountants unable to explain unpaid bonuses. Work beyond contracted hours with no pay compensation. Exploitation of younger females. Managers befriending staff, personal relationships off the clock, makes it hard to act as a manager when on duty. Managers bragging about amount of employees they have had relationships with off the clock. Managers will divulge human resources private information to other employees. If an employee makes a complaint to human resources, managers will threaten the employees job security while speaking to a group of employees. Bullying in work place from upper management if you don't fall in line with their unethical management practices. Not much concern for long term employment. Change employment locations to over 25 miles from your home without compensation for travel. Change employment locations more than 3 times in under a year without offering relocation compensation. Management is forced by corporate employees to find ways to demote employees if management finds out employee is pregnant. These women won't meet guidelines of physical look company is requiring of female employees so they are no longer needed. Corporate employees come by once a month to tell store managers which employees should be fired due to employees not meeting the standards of physical looks company is wanting to employ, regardless if the employee is a reliable hard worker.

Pros

I started as a hostess, then was moved up to a server and then eventually bar. Working at Winghouse gave me the financial ability to pay my way through college and provided modeling opportunities

Cons

Corporate never put much effort or money into fixing the place up considering it’s in a prime spot in Daytona beach you’d think they would.

Pros

* easy to switch shifts * basic food menu simple to memorize * not much expected from you * don't need any experience, simply hired depending on looks

Cons

* sexual harassment from customers and staff * not very professional atmosphere * managers call it "the poor mans strip club" so don't expect decent tips * girls not held accountable for showing up to work; virtually no punishment for no-call no show
