      - Great company culture - Great team - Lots of training opportunities - Good salary

      Cons

      - Trainings often are based on India time zone - No chances to get help for Green Card process with the company.

      Might get onsite for UK Australia based projects. Don't wait for US onsite there is a long queue.

      Cons

      Less Salary Hike Even if you perform good with good appraisal comments they will give you bad rating in first cycle If you get bad rating in first cycle dont expect band progression for 3 years even if you deserve it Tech stack is generally old very few project have new tech stack
