      What an awful, toxic place to work

      - other community managers are great to work with - the offices are beautiful

      Cons

      Honestly, I barely have anything nice to say about Workbar. As a Community Manager, you are overworked and underpaid by MILES. WeWork splits the same job for 4 people and pays a lot better than Workbar ever can. The C-level executives are petty, backstabbing, and toxic. The CEO will blatantly talk behind everyone's back and then be sugary sweet to your face. The company does not care at all about its employees, and honestly I can't say that they care that much about members either. I regret every moment I worked for them.

      Nice coworkers, free coffee, beautiful work space

      Cons

      HORRIBLE management. They have no idea how to manage people and have no idea how to lead. Theirs no training but have high expectations. Its honestly a joke. The job description is so inaccurate it’s laughable. You do sales. And you also don’t get sales training. Oh and all the nice reviews they asked their current CMs to write. Note to management: if you have to tell your CMs to write nice reviews then maybe your the issue.

      The office spaces are beautiful.

      Cons

      Horrible management styles. The job they hire you for is completely different than the job expected once hired. Focused on sales with little to no sales training or support. Goals constantly changing. Day to day is boring with too much downtime. Some of the members are rude and management is more worried about keeping their membership fee than protecting their staff.
