      Pros

Get to choose hours, training is hands on, great company, many travel benefits, great work life balance

      Cons

No matter the changes a customer service rep makes even if we rebook a cruise we do not get any commission

      Pros

Travel. Culture. Communication. Leadership. Best when travel is booming.

      Cons

Not enough pay in general let alone w/ Covid cancellations and protocols. Wait times w/ cruise lines can take your whole work day. Need to pay at least $20/hr

      Good work from home position.

      Pros

Work from home, good training, computer equipment provided by company.

      Cons

Starting hours for new employees are horrible, very late hours. Quota driven industry, so it's very high pressure if you're not selling enough. You have to sell a lot in order to see any type of incentive / bonus.

      Pros

Fast Paced Sales Position. Monthly Goals. Selling Luxury Vacation Rentals which are gorgeous and fantastic.

      Cons

High End Vacations that not everyone can afford. Also a lot of competition from many sources such as VRBO. Not enough outreach to prospective vacationers and quality education on the Villa Vacation to consumers.
