      Pros

Great leadership, they really care about employees, small enough that you can make a real impact. They have great employee engagement initiatives and make efforts to make employees feel valued and connected. They are always improving existing tools, resources, policies, etc. Good travel benefits, work from home opportunities which is great. Great industry to be in!

      Cons

They're on the lower side of the salary range.

      Beware of stolen sales

      Pros

Working from home is a huge plus. The training was good. Opportunity to make ok money.

      Cons

There is huge opportunity for sales to be stolen by other TA’s or even customer service agents. You can spend hours working on a booking and have it on hold for a customer, they call back and aren’t willing to wait and give you their cc#, instead someone else takes it for their deposit and the sale is theirs. It happened all the time!

      Pros

Other team mates that do what you do

      Cons

Training is only 2 weeks, 3rd week you are on the phone for half of your day. Training does not prepare you for what you really do and sets new hires up for failure. When they say it's ok to make mistakes, not true when it comes to their money. You are expected to do a perfect job in a short amount of time and have to work in a not so user friendly system. Cruise line systems are so much easier to work in. If you get the Team Leader I had, this TL will not support you. When you transfer a call to the dept. you are suppose to be transferring a call to, you will occasionally get that person who gives you an attitude and talks down to you and don't expect your TL to back you. Made me hate working in the travel industry.
