The company is not not he same as what it used to be, pay is too low. Promotions are misleading to customers . Have to work every holiday even though calls are slow.

I have been working at World Travel Holdings full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Working with customers and providing assistance on there vacations is great. Also, it’s work from home which is convenient.

    Cons

It’s hard to find help if your having issues. The team lead ignore your questions so, reaching out is impossible. The need longer training classes since there is so much information and your thrown out to the wolves without guidance.

I have been working at World Travel Holdings full-time for less than a year

    Pros

WTH is a great job/career to have. This company really cares about their employees and it is not like most WFM jobs where you are either contracted or work through a agency. You work directly through the company so there are great benefits and many of people that are there to help you succeed. In position it is SALES so of course be expected to sale. However, its not like stressful sales if that makes sense.

    Cons

The downside is that you will have to work holidays, especially the first year. You will also not get to chose your first schedule so depending on your personal life that could be a issue.

I have been working at World Travel Holdings full-time for less than a year

    Pros

It is a great work environment! The trainers are thorough and always willing to help. Management is hands on during the training process. Everyone seems to be always happy. You meet great people! You are home based, which is a plus if you do not like to commute and like to be home. There is room to move up in the company. After six months, you are able to move around the company. Most of the leadership team started out as CCR's.

    Cons

Not so much of a con, more like a confirmation. If you are looking for something to stay home with infants or toddlers. This may not be a good fit because phone calls are unpredictable and may take more time than you were expecting. This is also mentioned during the hiring process!
