There are a bunch of issues with managers not paying people a fair wage. There are issues concerning safety which are slowly being addressed, the new safety manager is much better than the last. There is some dumb decisions from management and there are some managers who are will not set employees up for success in order to make sufficient output but instead will use manipulation tactics to try and increase productivity.

Interference from other department heads Work goes missing when department heads get involved Poor communication Bait and switch Prominent nepotism Non competitive pay with other companies Rumors are passed around and judgement made before all information is present Not all employees that should be certified are certified correctly. No true opportunity for advancement. Do not care about employees or their health. Disconnect from front office/corporate and the shop. Have had several severe injuries in the past five years including amputations, it's a surprise there hasn't been more than one onsite death in the company's history. I do not see this company existing in the next ten years and realistically see it being defunct in the next five.
