      Limited AWS experience overshadowed by excessive workload and guilt

      Pros

      Will have AWS experience although limited.

      Cons

      Too much workload and the culture of voluntarily not going out on time. Average unpaid overtime is 30 mins. Sometimes it takes more than an hour. Can't file for overtime because you will feel guilty due to the fact that your superiors are doing it also. They call "sacrifice".

      No pros just cons. IT TL toxic

      Cons

      Some TL of the department are toxic especially the IT. No work life balance, OT not paid. Need to work for more than 3-5hrs
