      Pros

      Supportive and flexible culture with a strong family-feel culture. Excellent benefits package including private healthcare and the opportunity to work overseas for up to two months each year. Genuine shared sense of purpose. Everyone is deeply passionate about delivering the best experience for patients whilst always being forward-thinking. An inclusive environment where ideas are actively encouraged. Leadership maintains an open door policy making it easy to be heard and involved in driving the business forward.

      The industry moves quickly, so things often change. You’ve got to be open and adaptable to change.
