- They sell themselves as an 'online doctor' service, but in reality, the bulk of the business is just selling ED meds (pushing them, really) - Senior management is a joke, they honestly don't know what they are doing, the smart ones join and leave within a few months (check LinkedIn for proof). The CEO has been underqualified for that job since they hit the 100 people mark in late 2018. - All that matters are short term goals, so shifting your product and engineering teams around every 5 seconds because you 'thought of something good in the shower drives people away from the business. - As mentioned before, the smart employees all leave within months, the others are either incompetent or have Stockholm syndrome. - Everything, including decisions takes AGES to do. So actually if you want a pretty sweet dev deal where salaries are pretty good and you have 1/2 or 1/3 of the work you had someplace else, then Zava is the place to be!

**Please Read** This company is wayyyy behind its competitors. A healthcare company struggling in a "pandemic", almost laughable. 50 employees made redundant although sales were flying when covid-19 hit. Smelt very fishy to a lot of staff members there. Once the job market is better a lot of staff will be leaving, mark my words. A lot of people do not like it there or trust the CEO. They will tell you it is a great company etc, however they are only good because Superdrug are keeping them alive. The good reviews are coming from the people who have completed their 6 months probation, as they encourage you to do it then. Zava in UK, DE are sinking. FR is growing well but they don't care about FR. Clearly not transparent on how bad the company is doing. I blame the CEO and really poor high level management such as CFO. CEO and CFO are in each others pockets. They take forever to make new initiatives happen. Poor people to work with especially in the product team, the product owner is the worst to work with. If you are BAME you will have no luck here, most of them were made redundant, there were only 5 that were not part of the customer service team, probably one or 2 now remains. They claim they are a diverse company but mostly diverse because they have a lot of workers from around Europe. Please think twice about joining this company, they are not who they claim to be, the cracks are noticed after 1 week, no one has anything great to say about this company. No structure or company strategy. Literally just wing it and hope that superdrug renews the contract.
