Pros

The support staff/coworkers you work with dealing with the same issues you tend to bond with working late nights, the forever cleanup of all projects and having to deal with the obstinate persons that refuse to do any self-accountability, ability to change and with the turning a blind eye to the excessive turnover and convincing the headquarters and owners that the issue is the support staff when it is those two completely.

Cons

Toxic workplace environment that is always tense and makes for a very unwelcoming setting. Indifferent/Apathetic interior designer pretending to be a manager that will turn on employees, consultants and clients which I saw first-hand in all tiers. Poor leadership implies that some leadership is being attempted but Zebra has zero leadership and why Zebra is a fly-by-night firm that the Scottsdale location has zero established positive reputation or standing which as a new employee you are tasks to change that facade, repair damaged client relationships and main part of your job is to constantly clean up after the last temporary employee who had your job and so the back log, cleanup, standard and good practices do not exist but will always be told it is your problem to resolve. The PTO they offer comes with an asterisk unless you are the top certain positions who can travel freely on PTO with no worries but staff and production team members you will be called constantly while on PTO with zero back staff to assist clients and staff in your absence but again those positions will blame you and have zero respect or boundaries. The amount of false promises you will be told to get hired do not fall for and they will not be fulfilled, if asked about unfulfilled promises they will rebuttal with riddles, convinced you don't need or they will provide a completely wrongfully qualified and under qualified help, excuses and deflection on how you need to do something to follow through which again will never happen. Nothing is confidential from employees' personal issues/information and reviews, Continuous hiring of unqualified staff in positions that are out of their league but expected to "get it done" but when you have a constant rapid staff attrition is another constant additional hurdle you have to be expected to overcome with zero leadership, zero assistance but they will 100% throw you under the bus at any moment to deflect any blame to the corporate staff and other office members. No bonuses are told publicly meanwhile those certain personals receive bonuses but get more inaccuracies, excuses and lies on why it is the staff's fault of no bonuses.
