Cons
The owner doesn't know how to communicate with others. Super stubborn, not organized, doesn't even try to understand others bc he thinks he's the best. It's just so frustrating to work with him but he needs to talk to every single person in the office as he thinks he knows everything. ALSO, no benefit at this company.
