      Such An Amazing Company

      Pros

      Relax Working Environment, Free Benefits, Organized On-boarding, Free Lunch Fridays, Approachable Management I could tell from the new hire package that eCapital was different. They sent me an amazing on-boarding packet that had everything I needed to know for my first day, week, month (they even included local spots for lunch). Also, everyone at the company is warm and inviting and the work atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxed. It is also amazing to see the owners and upper management in the office every day. They are approachable and very knowledgeable. My manager is amazing and constantly gives me positive feedback and acknowledgment for my achievements within my job. Yes we have free benefits and free meals on Friday (which is also amazing and really great food) but that is just the icing on the cake. I think the people, work environment and management make this place amazing place to work for.

      Pros

      I enjoy working at eCapital because there is so much to learn. My manager highly encourages cross-training with other departments. There are weekly free lunches where the entire company comes together. My favorites are holiday celebrations and company contests. I consider any company I work for long term as family, and eCapital has done a great job of making me feel welcomed and valued. Working in Operations you gain a better understanding about Factoring. I know the skills and experiences learned here will help me later advance within the company.

      Cons

      The only down side of working here is the fast pace environment. Some days we are working from the moment you come into the office, and leave for the day. I want to observe and cross-train in other departments but can only find time to do this 2-3 times per month or around holidays.

      The status quo has got to go!

      Pros

      For the most part great environment: casual dress, free food on Fridays, etc. Some of the people are great to work with.

      Cons

      Noncommittal co-CEOs. Complacent with keeping current management instead of making changes to better the company. HR's decisions are reflective of management's guidance, instead of employees' best interests. Incohesive departments, causing turnoil. Management often chooses high turn over at a lower cost, instead of investing in current employees. Many show up just to collect a pay-check, rather than adding value, management included.
