Pros
The owner loves Pepe Pizza and would order every once and while for us. I had my own office for a while.
Cons
I always felt like I was being pidgin whole to stall in my line. Every time tried to move ahead management would ask why are you doing that There was no room to enhance my skillset.

Pros
Really great people, generous salaries, good product to work with, willing to put in the time and effort then you will succeed, a small company that collaborates and gets a lot accomplished. Very good email and customer acquisition platform.
Cons
You have to be a self starter or it is over before it even started. Environment changes on a daily and sometimes hourly basis. Lack of a unified and consistent marketing effort have cost the company business. Change is constant and often unsettling.
