Pros
forward thinking, well thought design, understanding upper management
Cons
Unfortunately, the pros do not outweigh the cons. Upper management are all related and higher positions are only rewarded to family and friends of family regardless if they are qualified or not. They pay family and friends ridiculous amounts compared to the the other employees. Management mismanaged the PPP loan and fired half their workforce ( some with over 10 years working there ) to protect their salaries.
