Pros

On time salary, 50% work-from-home flexibility, Some projects are genuinely exciting with good learning opportunities.

Cons

I worked at ePay for less than a year, and it was the worst experience I've had. The environment was extremely toxic, with managers who were unhelpful and toxic. The HR department is practically nonexistent and often spineless. Despite being a multinational company, the facilities were subpar, with a poorly maintained office, awful washrooms, and a cafeteria that left much to be desired. I'm not racist, but the entire management, except for the C-level executives, is Indian/Pakistani, and they've made the office environment unbearable. I feel sorry for the Asians who came to Munich with high hopes. It's best to stay away from this company. There is a strong reason they always hire from Asia and not from western europa.

Pros

If you're under the right manager the job is good If you can get friendly with the ones in charge you get extra perks Working hours are relatively flexible depending on what position you are in You get bonus's/loyalty rewards if your in the right position

Cons

if your related to someone in power you get dished out salary increases and promotions even if you can't do the job these people end up relying on other people to do the job for them Family members get handed out praise and promotions while the hard workers have to beg for a slight pay increase culture is on the surface good but talk to people one on one most people are not happy to work here unless they are in the family group and its obvious because people are leaving but the ones in charge are to arrogant to realize they are the problem they will add more work to your role and wont give you a promotion or pay increase unless you beg for it will try pay you as little as they can get away with

Poor management, toxic and chaotic environment

Pros

Still doing some business that no one else is investing. Can acquire some experience on managing the chaos.

Cons

Poor management from the top. Has a so called leadership team with the size of 1/3 of the whole team. Toxic working culture as selfish people not willing to take responsibility. Big bully gets its way.
