Thanks for the feedback and review. I apologize for the tardy reply. I’m committed to improving communication and creating a comfortable and transparent environment to avoid any sense of politics or secrets within the organization. I’m disappointed to hear that your experience was otherwise and hope you feel comfortable enough to ask me questions; my door is always open to our team members. I agree that the people are the most amazing part of eyebobs, and I want to continue to do my best to focus on communicating with employees so that everyone feels heard. I hope that bringing back table meetings; changing our quarterly meetings to include all employees at one time; featured, eyebobber shout-out cards; and some of the other initiatives will help support my commitment to eyebobs’ culture, but please do share ideas if you think we need to do things differently. I’m working hard to seek feedback and genuinely care about this company, but I’m sorry that our efforts are not meeting your expectations.
