    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at ezbuy for less than a year

    Pros

Nothing good about the company other than very slack dressing

    Cons

Information not passed down, despite being related to the department. System used is very troublesome, too many steps end up wasting too much time. Management doesn't care about employees, only profits in which isn't making profits. Dusty environment. Low pay grade. OT till late is like a norm in the company. All in all, don't bother working in the company Ps. Ezbuy is also known as Avant E-commerce Service Pte Ltd

    I worked at ezbuy full-time

    Pros

Don't think there are any pros at all

    Cons

A very laid-back culture, to the extent that it can be deemed as a lack of professionalism - employees are always in casual wear (for eg, shorts and slippers). Bad environment - office is quite run down and shares the same space as the warehouse filled with lots of parcels and items from taobao, and it can get quite noisy most of the time as everyone shares the same working space as the customer service team who are always heard dealing with customers over the phone. Messy management/structure - tons of miscommunications as most of the time employees communicate through wechat, making it difficult to track back what was discussed/agreed on, had to re-do/make lots of amendments cause messages were not passed on clearly/properly. Irregular and unhealthy working hours - had to work from home even after office hours and during weekends, and sometimes on days where you took MC too, all these with no OT pay/extra off days. No career progression - employees are basically stuck at the same position for years, and if you get recognized for your work, you will get MORE work in return. Overwhelming workload - trained your skills to multitask and was nice enough to ask you to voice out if you're too overwhelmed, but when you finally voice out, they reply "you just try first" and continue to leave you dying with the workload. Only care about increasing sales, totally neglect staff welfare.
