Pros

There are no pros to working with this company.

Cons

The ‘founders’, as they like to refer to themselves, is a group of PHDs that have no experience in the business world and clearly started this business as they couldn’t succeed in their original professions. The ringleader (COO) is very likely the cause of any other negative post on here. The CEO is the main product but is too much of a coward to stand up against the COO as he continues to disrespect employees. The staff turnover is insane and I doubt this company will be around much longer.

Pros

Cons

The concept is great: but the software fails more than it doesnt, customers never stay longer than contracted to due to horrible customer service and IT support. The App is not ready for the public yet and yet still the CEO will bold face lie in order to get business. I wouldn't want to be in his clinical practice! The leadership - I don't think they could even spell the word! Disorganized, deceitful and most often high on drugs and proud of it. Zero direction, hiring consultants to restructure weekly. Investors are simply not aware of where the funding is actually going - to the pockets of the founders. Salary is below any reasonable rate and HR is a total joke to the industry in general. What a sham!!

Thank you for providing your feedback and for flagging concerns with your previous employment at headversity. We make a point of over-delivering for our customers through dedicated relationship building, prompt responsiveness to communications and help tickets, and of course, ensuring a smooth process of implementation and servicing through our workforce mental health solutions. Although our NPS scores, user ratings on G2 and Capterra, and client renewal rates don’t align with your experience, we are concerned with what you’ve raised. If you are open to it, having the opportunity to understand more from you will help us identify how we can learn, improve and become a better organization. Please reach out to us at feedback@headversity.com if you would like to offer any additional feedback or connect.

Pros

There is a need for this type of product in the workplace and the organization is doing the right things to increase brand recognition in the market. There are opportunities with this organization, but you need to go above and beyond to prove your worth and get up to speed quickly.

Cons

Too many competing leaders and direction on 5 year plan is not unified Middle management needs a tremendous amount of coaching and to be more open when speaking with direct reports It is up to you to set your own path and be sure to make an impression quickly, as you never know who is watching . Many great people callously let go and blindsided without warning, no communication or reason from leadership. For a small company there is a large emphasis on HR and HR has a lot of pull within the organization.
