      Pros

      A company that walks the talk of its culture. While theres no perfect company, I would say that igloo comes pretty close to an ideal workplace that provides an exciting vision to fall in line with, while giving u ample autonomy and ownership to shape value creation and business outcomes on your own. The CEO is a good person as well as leader too.. Stoked to be part of the igloohomies gang that includes competent team members as well as a diverse workforce of more than 8 different nationalities across the globe.
