Thank you for the feedback. As a company work/life balance is very important to us and we also are constantly bench-marking local salaries and benefits. From the research, we know that we do offer a very competitive total compensation package for our teams. Each employee must also decide what is most important to them, work/life balance, liking what they do, making the most money etc. We do also offer advancement opportunities in the form of promoting Team Leads from only internal employees, allowing employees to start new projects and the ability to advance to more technical roles as they learn and grow with the company. Thanks Tyler

Pros

You get 40 hour weeks, whether there's enough work or (as there usually isn't) not enough work to justify it.

Cons

The intech representetive is disrespectful and dishonest when people have complaints. Theres so much petty drama and back handed disrespect from almost everyone who works in this section of the warehouse. This place has been known to have mass layoffs due to personal grudges, and anyone who has been there longer than a year says people get fired all the time and they hate working there. Even the people who train new workers warn them saying "there's no such thing as job security, everyone is replaceable." There is also a MASSIVE problem with nepotism and picking favorites, all the In-Tech supervisors at the warehouse are related in some way and if one person does something that would have them fired immediately at any other place, they get a promotion so they're not around the same people but when another person does so much as accidentally come off harsh to one of the supervisors' golden babies, they're walked out immediately. I didn't get the health insurance, but I heard it's very pricey and not so great. Can't speak much to that, though. Also, they entered my taxes wrong, but that was fixed after several paychecks (which are biweekly).

Pros

Very like the positive company culture! From the first day they make you feel as a part of the team. The management is very understanding, helpful and encourages the workers to learn. As an intern, I appreciate the opportunity to get an insight on the internal functioning of the company from different perspectives. They are flexible and provided working conditions that allow me combine the internship with being a full-time student. In addition, I have access to some of the company's benefits, team events and German lessons. Overall, if you are willing to work/learn and have fun at the same time, in-tech is a perfect place!

Cons

I do not have any negative feedback about the company.
