      The people are all so nice and kind. Everyone wants you to succeed. Work life balance is respected and encouraged for the most part.

      Cons

      Leadership doesn’t always feel like they’re being 100% honest or transparent with company changes.

      I've been at Noticed as a Retention Specialist and it's honestly been a fantastic experience. The benefits here are top-notch – they're always getting better, which really shows how much the company cares about us. What stands out is how we're always encouraged to improve and grow. There's a real sense of being part of something bigger. The atmosphere is collaborative, and you genuinely feel your voice matters. And, of course, the leadership team – Stacy, Adam and Micah– they're great people. They really understand what it means to lead with both heart and smarts. If you're looking for a place that values you and pushes you to be better, this is it. Highly recommend!

      If anything, you work in a modern industry; ecommerce

      Cons

      The CEO couldn't care less about the team or employees, only how little he can pay them, how much he can charge for their work, and working them to the bone until they burn out and leave. Then rinse & repeat with young, cheap resources.
