Really think back. I have supportive engineers but all left as well

This company is limited to growth. The management level are filled with toxic people. These people work based on past decades experience, yet they experiences are technician level knowledge. Not performing or encouraging problem solving. When problem happens, parameters can be change at a blink of eye , no monitoring as manager is the one changing the control parameter. If you are enthusiastic to improve the company , you may not find a way to do so here but will be made to resign as manager may find you a potent threat.
