Pros
I started at Techjays as an intern, and within a few days the leadership recognized my work and converted me to a full-time role. That moment said a lot about how this company actually operates, talent gets noticed, and decisions happen fast when they need to.
The exposure and learning here are genuinely unlimited. You get pulled into real, high stakes work from day one, no babysitting. What makes Techjays different is that opportunities are handed to you based on what you can do, not how many years you've been working. If you show up and deliver, you get more responsibility, more visibility, and more room to grow.
The transparency from leadership is something I haven't seen at most places. People listen, feedback flows both ways, and you actually feel like a contributor, not a cog.
Cons
The pace is fast and the bar is high. You have to be self driven and comfortable with ambiguity, especially as the company scales.
