Pros
In general, colleagues are mostly friendly and supportive.
Cons
Poor project management due to the lack of experienced project lead and proper project management approach. Projects are poorly handled and the company is struggling keeping any potential/big clients. The business approach is immature and short sighted. Most employees can tell it is difficult for the company to have a sustainable profit. Most employees can tell the company is falling apart unless there is significant structure change plus a way more mature approach which is very unlikely.
