Pros

Cool work, neat office space, awesome co-workers

Cons

No HR and sexual, sexist, or harassing comments from senior leaders often overlooked. Unprofessional managers and little to no training. The people who taint the culture are often protected.

Pros

The office is beautiful with great views of the Hudson River. They employ good talent that are able to wear multiple hats to get projects to completion.

Cons

The overall culture of this agency is non existent. The environment that upper management breeds is extremely unprofessional and toxic. Compensation is very low for the doers of the agency and overly inflated for certain people within the agency. They tout being an ad agency and production house but offer none of the typical agency benefits. The overall consensus from upper management is that it is a privilege to work for the company and that is benefit enough.

Pros

The company has many templates and tools that can be leveraged from project to project. Some consultants seem to be nice an and the projects seem to be in the nicer cities.

Cons

Management is extremely selfish. There is little to no work/life balance. Extremely high turn-over. I strongly recommend anyone considering this employer to think twice.
