Communication has to be an urgently improved. Crucial information were not communicated during the job interview. You will have to work one month a year (at least) carrying with you all the time a company iPhone and iPad to answer urgent calls and queries. This is not compensated in any way, either with bonus, extra holidays or even a thank you. This is the major problem and I am not the only one have this opinion, within 4 months 7 people resigned. It tells you a lot I think on the working atmosphere here.
