And every year, we bring our innovation culture to life with the annual Nintex Hackathon! 💜 The highly anticipated Nintex Hackathon event brings together people from across Nintex—in all departments, not just engineering—to push the boundaries of what’s possible when we come together and make the most of total creative freedom. This year's theme was 'Solutions' whereby problems solved in the Hackathon might end up being used for real-world customer solutions. It’s not just about coding; it’s about problem-solving, teamwork, and creative thinking. Colleagues join forces and explore new possibilities to belong together, build new solutions, and adapt to challenges in ways they may not experience in their day-to-day roles. The hackathon brought people together from all over the world to learn from each other. From the US, South Africa, Malaysia, Australia, and to the UK, meeting virtually and in person, the diverse makeup of our teams is our strategic advantage. Last week, our CEO Amit Mathradas visited our teams "down under" in Melbourne! 🇦🇺 This was a huge opportunity to connect with everyone in Australia and celebrate success together. During his visit, Amit hosted an "Ask Amit Anything" event. These are regular fireside chats our leadership members hold when they visit our offices. It's a chance for our teams to ask anything and receive real and honest answers and business updates. This discussion aimed to highlight the unique challenges women face, share personal experiences, and explore actionable solutions to help everyone thrive. 🌟 Teams across the globe came together to create DIY flower bouquets. 🌟 We featured women authors during our global book purchasing. 🌟 We hosted DIY jewelry and scented candle workshops for everyone. This week we held our annual Nintex Hackathon! 💜 Our Hackathon is a global event where teams across Nintex come together to collaborate, innovate, and solve tough challenges. 🌎 Team members get a chance to experiment with cutting edge technology, meet new people, challenge themselves in new ways, and win amazing prizes! This year we had 17 teams with over 100 contestants taking part across the globe.
