Can be different across different team but everyone has been very professional and inclusive. Good for people that likes to work with people from diverse background.

Salary can be quite stagnant.
Pros
Benefits are not bad. Company sets aside $1000 per year for employee training / self improvement. Generally encourages work life balance.
Cons
Queer bonus scheme though as staff would need to invest a certain amount of their pay to 'bet' on the company's performance for bonus. This scheme was recently abolished though.
