How to Use the Glassdoor Employer Centre

Introduction

This lookbook is designed to guide you through optimising your recruiting strategy by leveraging your company’s Glassdoor profile. Every tool you’ll need can be found in the Glassdoor Employer Centre. Once you arrive, you’ll notice that you’ll have a lot to do. We suggest enlisting teams across your organisation to help you in managing your Glassdoor profile. People you’ll need will come from these job functions:

Monitor Your Employer Brand

‘Monitor Your Employer Brand’ gives you a high level snapshot of how you’re doing. These are great metrics to benchmark with and to try and grow each month.

Profile Page Views: Increasing this metric means awareness of your company is increasing. A change in this metrics could be symptomatic of the public’s interest in your company or press coverage about your company.

Company Rating: This metric is an indicator of how your employees (both current and former) feel about your company as a whole. An increase or decrease in this metric could be symptomatic of employee satisfaction.

CEO Approval: Use this percentage rating to get a feel for how your employees feel about your leader. An increase or decrease in this percentage could be tied to your CEO’s reputation internally. Followers: This number correlates to the number of people that want continuous updates on your company. These people are the most tuned into your company out of all the people viewing your company profile. An increase or decrease in this number can indicate an interest in what’s happening internally at your organisation.
