Job Title: Customer Service Administrator (West)
Job Hours: 8am to 5pm
Job Location: Tuas

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for setting up new customers in CRM and ensuring compliance with company policies
• Liaison between sales and production for incoming customer lots, including communication with the customers on receipting, forecasting
• Data entry and record management using the Navision ERP system for customer jobs
• Generation of the final customer statement and invoicing
• Communication with customer and company staff on pricing and transfers
• Payment preparation
• Management of customer complaints

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder in Business Administration preferred
• At least 2 years of working experience with prior customer service experience preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service oriented
