Job Responsibilities:

Manage a team of staff from Warehouse to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Responsible for inventory management, ensuring timely and accurate submissions to management.
Lead, guide, coach, mentor and motivate staff, to optimum performance, effective and efficient deliverables.
Initiate improvements in various processes to enhance Operations.
Review work processes and procedures to drive continual improvement and productivity.
Work closely with internal department, such as Trade Finance, Finance, Planning and Shipping etc., in resolving issues encountered or to meet deliverables.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or its equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in the related field
Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment
