Job Description

• Provide excellent customer service, product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Preparation of Ingredients, Tea brewing accordingly to SOP
• Assist in inventory management and stock take
• Maintain housekeeping of the store; ensuring cleanliness and organize store front
• Maintain and manage the POS/Cashier
• Assist in ad-hoc job scope assigned by store manager

Job Requirement

• Training is provided
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Possess excellent communication skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including morning, afternoon, weekends and holidays in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Aspiring to grow your career internationally
• Full Time & Part Time positions available (Able to commit at least 4-6 months (for part-timers)
• Must understand Chinese as the product menu in chinese 要求必须能看的懂中文
