Job Title: Procurement Assistant (West)
Job Hours: 8.30am to 6pm
Job Location: Jurong East

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of purchasing process (sourcing, quotation enquiry, price negotiation, placement of orders and delivery arrangement).
• Generating Purchase Order timely & accurately.
• Negotiate with suppliers in getting the best price and quantity at required timing.
• Expediting of orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
• Liaise with suppliers on claims for products with issue.
• Collaborate with logistic for delivery and with finance to facilitate payment process to suppliers.
• Work with sales and procurement team in accomplishing duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

• A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to details, organized, meticulous and independent.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Words.
• Candidate who have relevant experience and or knowledge in ISO will be preferred.
