Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (East)

Job Hours: 5 days, 8.30am to 6pm

The Opportunity:

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan & develop trade promotional/marketing activation plans across offline retail partner channels
• Approach & assist in planning, coordination for new brand collaboration, trade fairs & sponsorships event etc.
• Conduct regularly store visits to understand brand positioning within the channels and identify ways to improve brand awareness, exposure and sales
• Identify needs of key partners and assist in strategizing negotiation efforts with partners to achieve win-win outcomes
• Work closely with fulfilment teams to ensure timely delivery of products for day-to-day operations as well as campaign executions
• Collate, analyse and review retail partner sales and other performance metrics regularly to provide recommendations for performance improvement

Job Requirements:

• Minimally a Diploma in Marketing or any relevant field.
• A minimum 2 years of proven experience in a marketing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player, curiosity to learn, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Resourceful and creative in developing and executing marketing related strategies.
