Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
• Facilitate meetings/Calls with project team members to identify and resolve issues
• Manage project plans, incl. tracking of action items, risks and issues
• Communication to different internal and external project stakeholders (SAP Practice, SWO Sales, Microsoft, Country organizations)
• Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
• Tracking Program KPIs (esp. Customer wins, ACR consumption, employee certifications)
• Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information for different audiences (SWO management, Microsoft, others)
• Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
• Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
• Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements

Required Skills & Experience

• A bachelor’s degree or master's degree in a related field
• Project Management Certification (e.g. Scrum/Agile, Prince2, PMP)
• Experienced in Microsoft Office 365 Tooling (esp. Teams, Planner, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Proven practical experience in project management/PMO for 3 years
• Ability to manage project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion
• Strong communicator and stakeholder management skills
• Experience as an IT project manager
• Able to complete projects in a timely manner
• Experience with Azure/SAP is a plus
