Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator (West/ 5 Days/ AWS+VB/ Near to MRT)
Job Location: West
Job Hours: 5 days, 8.30am to 6pm

The Opportunity:

• Basic Salary: Up to $4,000 + AWS +VB + AL
• Yearly Salary Increment and Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordination / Negotiation with internal & external parties (customers / supplier & freight forwarders etc.)
• Inform customers of any delays and arrange alternate delivery dates.
• Work closely with the Logistics Department to ensure seamless flow of delivery to customers.
• Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating / sending, SAP input, sailing schedule arrangement / Invoice & BL checking etc.)

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management or its equivalent
• Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Having knowledge in Import / Export (Incoterm / Invoice & packing list)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
